Full conference now open for booking
Full details of the programme and all booking options are now available.
The Summer Conference (22–24 July 2022) includes:
- Conference for 2.5 days (1 x venue on Friday, 2 x venues on Saturday and Sunday)
- Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
- Morning and afternoon refreshments
Plus, for no extra charge:
- A selection of streamed and recorded presentations will be available for delegates to view online for a further 30 days
The residential option includes:
- Two nights bed & breakfast (en-suite rooms in either Gillespie or Memorial Courts at Clare College or Robinson College*)
Rooms in Clare College are allocated on a first come/first served basis and have now been filled.
Further accommodation is offered at Robinson College which is a five-minute walk away from the Clare College Conference Centre on Grange Road.

Refund policy
As a charity and due to our contract with Clare College, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds. In the event of cancellation we are happy instead to allow delegates access to the selection of available online sessions (up to the value of payment made, but no more than the full online conference price). This offer of transfer is applicable to the Summer Conference only. Requests for transfers should be made to conferences@aotos.org.uk
Evening meals are refundable (less transaction processing fee) up until 19 June 2022 but not thereafter.
In the event of the conference being cancelled due to a government directive or other circumstances beyond our control, full refunds will be given.
